Precision Injection and Insert Molding
AMT's in-house production molding operation is completely equipped with a competitive range of PLC controlled injection molding presses. Horizontal, vertical and automated rotary indexing production cells provide breadth of scope, with varying size and clamp force specifications, enabling A.M.T. to make optimum equipment choices according to project requirements.
This advantage allows AMT to produce components on accurately sized equipment, maximizing value for customers.
Most components are finish molded and require no further operations. However, tapping, drilling, decorating, assembly, functional testing or other secondary operations can be performed in-house as required.
